Odoo's service includes unlimited access to support by email, from Monday to Friday, 24/5. Access to the Odoo eLearning platform is free too. Upgrades are also included in the plan at no extra fee. This doesn't include our work hours as Odoo experts

We want you to get the best software and support as possible while using Odoo. Odoo has three different hosting options (on premise, Online and Each of these comes with it's own set of pros and cons:

Odoo Online is SaaS (Software as a Service). In a few seconds, and a couple of clicks, your cloud instance will be ready to use anywhere and anytime. However, it doesn't allow Third-party apps and you don't have server control

Odoo On-Premises is recommend this option for customers with advanced technical knowledge as Odoo SA can't provide any guarantee nor any Service Level Agreement regarding the robustness, performance, and scalability of your infrastructure.

Odoo SH is a PaaS (Platform as a Service) managed by Odoo SA. allows you to deploy your own cloud platform in a couple of clicks. It also comes with an email server. It is made for customized Odoo implementations: you can easily install our certified apps as well as any third-party apps available on the Odoo apps store.
Moreover, you'll find built-in tools that will help you to develop new apps and custom features such as:

The platform is managed by Odoo SA, and they guarantee the same Service Level Agreement that they have for Odoo Online: 99.9% of uptime. They also do full incremental backup of your production environment every day. These backups are kept on 3 distinct data centers, on different continents, allowing you to download any backups within the last 3 months. gives you the flexibility to choose the best deployment architecture (number of workers, storage, and number of staging environments) and lets you easily adjust your configuration as your needs evolve. The platform will scale as your company grows!

The platform gives you the best of both worlds: the deployment and maintenance convenience of Odoo Online combined with the freedom of Odoo On-Premises.

A paying user is an employee who has access to Odoo's back-end to create, view or modify documents. External users (such as customers or suppliers) using Odoo through the portal are not paying users.

Examples of paying users:

  • An employee who manages his expenses or timesheets
  • An external accountant who uses Odoo to work on your books

Examples of free users:

  • Customers and suppliers who can access their invoices through the portal
  • Visitors to your website who place orders on your e-commerce and track their deliveries

External API means setting up external software (such as legacy systems, report engines, etc.) that initiates calls to the Odoo API (JSON-RPC or XML-RPC) to query, retrieve or update data stored in Odoo.

When the call is initiated from Odoo, it is NOT considered an "External API". For example, when an Odoo app uses a third-party service, such as payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, etc.), carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), VoIP providers, or bank synchronization, it is part of the standard plan

The price is structured as follows:

  • Workers - The number of workers determines the number of simultaneous requests your Odoo server can handle. We recommend 1 worker per 25 users and 1 extra worker per 5000 website visitors per day (if using the Odoo website).
  • A staging environment - Staging environments allow you to test new features with the production data. We recommend at least 1 staging environment. For a lot of custom development, we recommend at least 2 staging environments.
  • Storage -  The total disk space, including the size of the production and staging instances + 3 backups on different datacenters. We recommend 1 GB per user to start with.

What are the steps?⚡



We will review your existing workflows to determine what needs to transition to the new system. Identify who will be responsible for key tasks and processes to ensure proper access and permissions are configured. Address any potential conflicts between current and desired workflows 



During blueprinting, we will collect specifications that outline your business needs. The implementation team will work through various processes and provide best practice consulting. This includes defining your overall business goals and documenting what needs to be accomplished in the new system to support those objectives.



In this phase we will implement all the business process requirements collected in the blueprinting phase. We work with your team to configure the software so that it meets your needs. We’ll also do everything else necessary to prepare for deployment, such as preparing training materials and documentation, alongside importing data from your old system.


Final Preparation

In this phase, the user will be trained in using the new system, End-to-end testing will be performed, and fine tuning will be done. This should include comprehensive assessments covering all the ways various employees will use the system. We may have to fine-tune to fix problems uncovered during testing, but that’s better than having employees discover problems after we push the system live.


GoLive & Support

Everyone involved in the company will be notified that the system used is a new system and the old system is stopped. At this stage, all workers or employees use the newly configured system. However, this step must be done if the final preparation and several trials have been carried out smoothly.  If all systems have been running smoothly, support comes along. In this step we supervise and determine if your new system is and can be used properly.
