These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and complaints of products offered on the site nedax.digital The Websites may be used for your private use without any usage fees, subject to the following terms and conditions. 


The merchant is Nedax d.o.o., and the customer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the merchant, and makes payment via credit card or cash on delivery.


ORDERING

The customer orders the product or products via the electronic order form.

Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a customer.


All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks, including VAT.

The customer additionally has the option of displaying prices in US dollars and euros.


Goods are ordered electronically by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the Basket.

The goods are considered ordered when the customer chooses and confirms the payment method.


PAYMENTS

The ordered products or services are paid online with one of the credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa


DELIVERY

The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. During collection, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, immediately report the product to the delivery person (employee of the company that makes the delivery). The merchant disclaims all responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery.


If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notification, after they have been sent, within the expected time, the buyer has the right to notify the seller so that actions can be taken to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment.


If the buyer refuses to receive the goods ordered by the merchant, he has the right to ask the buyer for compensation for all costs related to delivery.


After the delivery company (delivery company) receives the shipment from the merchant, the merchant is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays, as well as problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of the goods.


Nakon što dostavljač (kompanija koja vrši dostavu) zaprimi pošiljku od strane trgovaca, trgovac više nije odgovoran za daljnji tok isporuke i eventualna kašnjenja, te probleme koji mogu nastati u vezi daljnje manipulacije i isporuke robe. 


If the customer chooses the product download option instead of delivery, the merchant undertakes to send a notification exclusively in the form of e-mail to the customer, which will contain download links and instructions. After receiving the e-mail (collection notification) the customer can immediately proceed to the collection of the product.


REFUNDS

The merchant undertakes to deliver a product that is technically correct and corresponds to the product description stated on www.nedax.digital. The image that illustrates the product on the website does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product, and the customer cannot advertise this segment.


In case of technical malfunction of the audio recordings stored on the audio transmitter, the seller assumes full responsibility. In case of technical malfunction, the customer is obliged to advertise the product within 4 (four) working days. After reporting a technical defect, the customer is obliged to return the technically defective sound transmitter by mail with the delivery note, after which the dealer will send the customer a replacement product within 3 (three) working days, without any compensation. In the case of the above, the customer has no right to request a refund, but only a replacement product.


The merchant is not responsible for possible damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery person (the company that performs product delivery).


If the customer chooses the product download option and the customer is unable to download due to technical problems caused by the merchant's server, the merchant undertakes to send an electronic mail with a new download option, for which the customer does not bear any costs.


In the event that the buyer is not able to perform the download even then, which is caused by technical problems on the seller's server, the buyer is obliged to contact the seller's sales department about it, which will offer an adequate solution that will not contain any compensation and further costs from the buyer. The customer has no right to request a refund in this situation. In the event that the customer cannot download the product, and the technical problems are not related to the merchant, but are caused by the customer, the operator or a third party, the merchant bears no responsibility and is not obliged to enable the customer to download or deliver the goods without compensation.


The customer is obliged to collect the product within 5 (five) working days, after that he will no longer be able to collect the product, regardless of the fact that he has made the payment. In this case, the buyer waives any complaint.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase. Services provided to you Nedax Digital The online store does not include the costs you incur using the computer equipment and services to access our sites. FIRMA d.o.o. is not responsible for telephone, Internet traffic or any other charges that may arise. Although Vam FIRMA d.o.o. strives to provide the best possible service offer, Nedax d.o.o. cannot guarantee that the services on nedax.digital will meet your needs. Nedax d.o.o. nor can it guarantee that the service will be error-free.
